| CANCELLATION POLICY |
Reservations
We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance due to popularity of our excellent services. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s).
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to give yourself enough time to complete required forms; especially if you are a first time client.
Cancellation
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, we require 24 hour notice for individual appointments and 48 hours notice for packages or multiple services. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled after 24 hours or 48 hours will be billed 100%. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment and you will be billed for the full service fee.
All Skintology guests must be 15 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian.
Products, services and gift certificates are non refundable but may be exchanged.
Financing
If you are financing with Unicorn, CareCredit, or other provider, please remember that the money is non-refundable but could be used for other treatments with 30% reduction from the remaining amount.
Gratuities
Gratuity is not included in our pricing. We do not take gratuities on credit cards so please make sure to have cash with you. |
