Staff is friendly and professionally trained. Spa is very clean, decor is amazing. I had my facial done with Rachel. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Her hands are gentle and very soft, one of the best facials so far. Also Rachel answered all my questions about skin care and helped me to choose facial products suitable for my skin. I also had eyebrows done by Gina, who is a real ARTIST and did a great job! I left Skintology spa feeling really good and will definitly come back for more services.
Best spa experience in town!

I just had a procedure at this spa designed to reduce cellulite. Frst of all, it was completely comfortable and relaxing throughout. The terapist, Fanya, was very personable, thoroghly professional yet gentle in the way she performed the treatment. After the tretment I felt like a new me and now I cannot wait to go back for my next visit. Just one more thing - the entire atmosphere at this spa is so pleasant and comfortable that I wish I had more time to try other treatmets they offer. Maybe next time.

I try not to make rush decisions in general and particularly as painful as laser hair removal could be. I looked thru a few dozen spas providing the service and selected Skintology a boutique medical spa in Chelsea. And so far extremely happy with my choice. After the very first session I saw results. Even better after the second session. And more importantly, while being very thorough they made it pretty painless. I guess it was a combination of skills, patience and topical anesthetics . And lastly, I was very pleased that everybody at the spa was pleasant, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. It seems I've made the right choice!
Pros: Knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff, beautiful and exceptionally clean place
Cons: Not much

Absolutely, I found skintology last year around my birthday which usually falls with the amazing Valentines specials, I went for a facial with Tatjana, loved it, I felt I could trust my face to her anytime, she didn't try to push anything neither a facial every week like I once heard else where (yeah! that was crazy) she recommended once every change of season for my skin would be great and I thought so too!!! so this year for my B-day my boyfriend got me the Chocolate body scrub, It was the best, how can I possibly describe being all covered up in organic chocolate, wrapped up in a thermal blanky,and then rubbed with those big soft puffy gloves??? Well you get the idea!!! My boyfriend had a very happy Valentine's date this year. To conclude this mini review, Amazing facials, incredible Body Scrubs, not too happy about overly price and nothing special manicure and pedicure, a little something else they should have shower caps and remove trash bins more often, buy after an amazing treatment who could really mind little details like that! Finding a perfect spa is a little hard after many trials in NYC I found Skintology, I'm not going anywhere else. It is worth trying while specials are going on, that way you can get many great treatment for ridiculously inexpensive prices.

I have been going to Skintology for brazilian waxing with Rimma for a couple of years, now. Waxing is quick -- on average I'm out of that room in 10 mins or less -- and practically painless (ask for the wax for sensitive skin). Rimma is pleasant and makes you feel comfortable, plus she is very meticulous and truly cares that her work is done well.
Pros: Rimma and front desk staff.

I got wax with Elena once and also i'm always getting my lashes done with Diana.my first visit was couple months ago.She did an amazing job! My lashes looks unbelieveable beautiful,full and natural! I never use mascara on it. every 3-4 week i'm coming for touch up.I highly recommend Skintology.

It is spa week and I chose this place due to their great reviews... to my surprise, the reviews were true! I had a great experience with their facial and the facialist laura was so very friendly. I plan to go more often from now on! Maybe because I went during early afternoon on a weekday, it was not busy which I LOVED! I won't be surprised if this place is booked during the weekends. Two thumbs up!!

I have had manicure,wax,permanent make-up,eyelash extention.I went there to have my nails done.So,the manicure was so nice.Spa was very clean and music was so relaxing.Wax was painless.The staff was so helpful.Gina was my assistant for permanent make-up!!! the result was amazing!also she recommended for me to have my lashes done.Actually,i have very nice lashes,but i was so interested of that.Month ago i went there and Gina was my assistant for eyelash extenyion.It's take 3 hours,but result was Unbelieveable!!! After my assistant was Rachiel,now it's Diana.Now my lashes look so natural and gorgeous!!!!I'm very happy that i had my lashes done in "SKINTOLOGY". In a future i want to try facial or laser.I recommend anyone to visit "SKINTOLOGY".

2months ago i got married,before that my friend recommmended to visit Skintology,so i tryed this SPA! All employers was very nice with me!! i had facial,massage,ear candling,manicure,pedicure,in the end i decided get my lashes done!!! The person who did my lashes was very nice,music was very soft,room was very clean,i almost fall asleep,she explained to me everything,how i have to care of my lashes.Result was excellent!!! i'm very happy that i find this SPA!!!

came in for a massage and laser hair removal...massage was very relaxing, blue lagoon room was excellent...laser hair removal got very good results, defintely worth it. already made an appointment for another massage, and bought my wife a gift certificate for her birthday (much less expensive than more diamonds). give this place a try.

I have never been able to get rid of all the annoying hair on my body, however this place was a godsend. Eugenia, the laser specialists, answered all my questions and outlined a treatment specifically for me. After a few sessions, the hair was all gone and I didn't feel a thing! I was so happy that I came back for a facial and a manicure, which were both excellent as well. Overall, this place was beautiful (try the Japanese Tea Room or the Blue Lagoon Room, they were my favorites) and the service was great. Highly recommended!

On the recommendation of my friend, I decided to do my hair removal at this spa. Hair removal went very well. The technician explained everything to me and there no pain or any other side effects. I loved this place. It's beautiful, clean and staff is very friendly. I asked about their facials and was impressed with the choices they offer. I am coming back for facial. Greatly recommend this place.

For some time I was contemplating about removing my tattoo. I also wanted permanent eyeliner and lip liner done at the same time. Being a working mom takes a lot of time and permanent makeup should save me some. After extensive research on the web the only company that I found to offer both was the Skintology. I can't describe a combination of fear and anxiety that I had when I came for my appointment, but both specialists were so patient, so considerate (probably I am not the only person in similar circumstances) and so thorough, I was amazed how painless both procedures were. And the results are amazing! Thank you!

I have been to skintology for 3 sessions of laser hair removal. After these 3 sessions i saw amazing results! My laser technition, Asije, was very nice she made me feel safe and comfortable.

I've been coming here for the past 4 months or so for laser treatments on my underarms. So far, it's been great. The technician is through, and is always making sure it's as painless as possible. I've seen great results, and I only have two sessions left. I can't wait to see the full results! It's completely worth it!

Shame on you NYC magazine for suggesting that Orla and Pierre Michel are one of the best places to have this done. How could they possibly know unless they have tried all the spas in NYC? let me break it down....i went to Pierre Michel and paid $300 for the worst possible eyelashes. After 1 week and all the precautions they give you to maintain the lashes, I was very disappointed. 1 month later I take a chance on skintology and Eugenie who applies the eyelashes, and suffice to say, I am the happiest chic in town. She has been doing eyelashes for over 8 years now. This lady is a god send and so pleasant and calming....i just love her and could keep on and on about her.....point is if you want the best eyelashes in town....this is the place to go.

The best laser facial! The dark spots were much lighter and my whole face looked moist and glowing after my first visit, I had remarkable results. I had an amazing laser technician, a beautiful European young lady!

This is a good place to go to for eyelash extensions. It's not overpriced and provides great service. On top of everything, this spa has great decor- beautiful and elegant. Tried other places before and was very disappointed but this place I highly recommend.
